Red is delicious in the kitchen. That said, as in any recipe, you have to know just how much to add, because even when you only sprinkle a bit, it adds spice. In the dining room, red feeds conversation and stimulates the appetite. Some even say it develops your guests’ sense of taste and smell. And in the living room, it causes a sensation.

Reds have so much energy they can cause insomnia. Keep them outside a child’s room rather than inside… especially if you want a good night’s sleep!
