Causes
Coating poorly applied. On affected areas, opaque coatings seem glossier and semi-transparent coatings appear more opaque.
Solutions
In the case of opaque coatings, clean, sand and paint the surface over again by following the application methods recommended for the product. For semi-transparent coatings, lapping cannot be eliminated: strip, sand and repaint.
