The painted arch trend!

That’s why we want to introduce a cool new trend that’s easy to adopt and looks really stunning: the painted arch! This simple paint method lets you highlight a certain element in style; all you need is a little paint to make a big impression! Whether you want to emphasize a bookshelf, a piece of furniture you really love, or create a funky headboard, a painted arch is the new on-trend idea that lets you transform your home on a budget.
Just follow these 4 easy steps!
Step 1
Start by tracing a half-circle. To do so, tie a pencil to a piece of string and hang the string in the centre of your wall. Next, move the pencil down the wall to draw the curve. And remember: you can make your arch as big or as small as you wish!
Step 2
Using painter’s tape, connect the two sides of your half-circle at the base of the wall. For optimal results, make sure your line is perfectly straight.
Step 3
Now it’s time to paint the contour of your shape with an angled brush. Then all that’s left to do is fill in your semi-circle with a paint roller (choose your roller size according to the size of your arch).
Step 4
Finally, let dry overnight (we promise you, it’ll be worth the wait!), then carefully remove the painter’s tape and enjoy your new statement wall!
